1. What is the monthly internship salary?

NTD 20,000 before tax (6%). Take-home pay is around NTD 18,800 (~IDR 9.4 million).

2. Is accommodation provided by the hotel?

Yes, the hotel provides accommodation.

3. Are meals covered during work hours?

Yes, meals are provided during shifts. On off-days, interns handle their own meals.

4. Is health insurance included?

Labor insurance is included. Health insurance applies after 183 days with a monthly NTD 700 deduction.

5. Is local transportation provided?

Yes, a transport card is given or accommodations are within walking distance. Orientation will guide usage.

6. Are flight tickets and airport pick-up covered?

Departure tickets are self-funded; return tickets are covered by the hotel. Airport pick-up and support are provided.

7. Is the internship for one year at a 4-star hotel?

Yes, one year at a minimum 4-star hotel.

10. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, including a performance evaluation from the hotel.

15. Which hotels are internship partners?

Partner hotels include:
